Before you finish
- Count each receipt charge once. A deposit credited on the receipt is a payment already made, not a second charge.
- Check that assigned orders equal the subtotal and all individual totals equal the final amount.
- Allocate leftover cents rather than rounding every share down.
- Agree any transfer fee separately and confirm the payment recipient.
